A homemade yummy veg sandwich is a very delicious Indian recipe. It is very easy to make. You can make it according to your taste and enjoy it. You can serve it with tomato sauce or so. It is very healthy to eat because in this we use vegetables. It’s a heavy meal for breakfast. It fills your appetizer. Here some simple methods to prepare this veg sandwich at home.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bread slice or brown bread
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 green capsicum finely chopped
  • tomato finely chopped 1
  • garlic cheese spread
  •  tomato sauce or tomato ketchup
  • oregano or chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp black pepper (Kali mirch)
  • salt (optional)

Method:

  • To prepare this homemade yummy Veg sandwich, firstly mix chopped capsicum, onion and tomato in some bowl.
  • Now, spread cheese spread garlic on all bread.
  • After this spread tomato sauce on all bread.
  • Now, put mixed vegetables on two bread slice.
  • Now, finally sprinkle black pepper (kali mirch) and oregano or chilli fkakes on the bread to which we spread vegetables.
  • Put another bread slice (on which we spread only garlic cheese spread and tomato sauce) over this bread (to which we spread vegetables also).
  • Now, grill these bread into the griller or toaster.
  • Serve hot with sauce.

Tip

  • You can also add any type of cheese like mozzarella cheese and also use any type of cheese spread.
  • I have used garlic cheese spread but you can use mayonnaise if you don’t want to use garlic cheese spread

Another Method With Aloo Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp black pepper ( kali mirch )
  • garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger ( adrak )
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 bread slice

Method

  • To prepare this homemade yummy veg sandwich, firstly mix mashed potatoes and all the ingredients except bread and oil.
  • Mix it properly to make a potato masala .
  • Now take a two bread slice, spread this potato masala and oil on one of it.
  • Now, put another slice of bread over these bread.
  • Grill it using griller or toaster.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
