
Mint Chutney Recipe | Pudina Chutney Recipe
Homemade Yummy Mint or Pudina Chutney is a very tasty, spicy and yummy Indian recipe. This usually is made of mint. It is very easy to make. In this, I made two types of pudina chutney i.e by using tamarind water (imli ka pani) or without tamarind water. You can serve his chutney with a snack like pakoda, samosa, etc.
With Tamarind Water
Ingredients
- 5-6 mint (pudina) leaves
- 2-3 onion
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp black pepper (kali mirch)
- 1 cup imli ka pani (Tamarind water)
- small ginger 1
- 2 tbps sugar
- salt to taste
- 3 green chilli
Method to Prepare
- To make this homemade yummy mint chutney, firstly grand pudina (mint) properly and put it into a bowl.
- Now, take onions and ginger, grand it to make a paste.
- Add garam masla , salt, kali mirch (black pepper), green chilli and sugar. Grand it so that it properly mix into crushed onion ginger.
- Now add crushed pudina (mint) and tamarind water (imli ka pani) in it.
- Grand it for 1 minutes so that it mix into other ingredients.
- Put it into bowl.
- Serve it with snacks.
Without Tamarind Water
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp dry mango powder (amchoor powder)
- 1 small ginger
- 2 tbsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 3 green chilli

- Now, take onions and ginger, grand it to make a paste.
- Add garam masala , salt, kali mirch (black pepper), green chilli, dry mango powder (amchoor powder) and sugar. Grand it so that it properly mix into crushed onion ginger.
- Now add crushed pudina (mint) in it.
- Grand it for 1 minutes so that it mix into other ingredients.
- Put it into bowl.
- Serve it with snacks.
Tip
- You can also add spring onions.
