Green Chilli Pickle | Hari Mirch Ka Achar

Follow the below steps to make Green Chilli Pickel:

  • Take green chillies, remove their heads and cut into pieces (medium sized).
  • Now, take a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek, fennel, carom.
  • Dry roast these ingredients on low flame.
  • Switch off the flame and cool them completely.
  • Now, using grinder makes a slightly coarse powder of these roasted spices.
  • Take a bowl, add chillies (cut into pieces), roasted masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice.
  • Mix well.
  • Now take tadka pan or pan. Add oil and heat it up. Switch off the flame
  • Now add asafetida (hing) into heated oil. Cool it completely.
  • Now add this oil into chilli masala.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add vinegar.
  • Mix well.
  • Put this mixture into pickle bowl. Ready to serve after 2 hour.
  • Serve this Green chilli pickle with parathas or meal.
